What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative style of yoga where poses are held for 3-10 minutes on each side. Unlike more vigorous forms of yoga that focus on building strength, Yin Yoga emphasizes flexibility and relaxation by targeting deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia.

What to Expect
During each session, you’ll be supported with props like bolsters and blocks to enhance your practice. We’ll guide you through gentle poses that are designed to relax your body and mind, helping you achieve a deeper state of calm and flexibility.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, our Yin Yoga class offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Come join us for an hour of tranquility and self-care.
We encourage you to bring your own mat and water each session. If you don’t have a mat yet, we do have a few mats to borrow but it’s limited.
